Get your own piece of Twilight Fashion

Ok, so this week I received my very eagerly awaited copy of Twilight on DVD.

I was sooo excited, and still am as I can watch Robert Pattinson play Edward Cullen all day if i wish! WOOOO!

Twilight may not be one of the most fashionable films ever, but as I was surfing the web I stumbled across a replica of Bella’s blue coat she wears when she reveals that she knows Edward’s a Vampire.

The coat is already that popular that the site which is selling it Fred Flare, has had to put a waiting list on the item.

Hit movie, hit coat!

BB DAKOTA who originally made the jacket, have decided to re-release the jacket, after its popularity since Twilight hit our screens.

The coat retails at $64, but you might be waiting a while for it girls, and unfortunately they only have limited quantities.

Shame it doesn’t come with your own personal Edward Cullen, then that would definitely be an investment!

Red Carpet Hotties – Part One

What a night the 2009 Oscar Awards Ceremony was for fashion!

There were some gorgeous outfits to be seen on the red carpet, but there were also some real disasters.

But lets start with the good, and what a better place to start than home grown talent, Kate Winslet.

The girl did us proud last night, by winning Best Actress for her role in The Reader, and boy she looked gorgeous in an Atelier Yves Saint Laurent, by Stefano Pilati dress.

This figure hugging number shows off Kate’s to die for curves and a look that’s hot this season, yes you guessed it, asymmetric will be a key trend for the season.

Oscar first timer, and star of eight times Oscar winner Slumdog Millionaire (which is a great film and if you haven’t seen it yet, get to your local cinema and go watch!) Frieda Pinto wore a royal blue, one shoulder Galliano gown.  Personally I’m not a huge fan of the one sleeve, but I forgive you Frieda!

The Mumbai-born actress denied any off –screen romance with co-star Dev Patel, who seemed to only have eyes for one woman last night…Angelina Jolie.

Now I personally love Dev Patel, but I think Brad Pitt might have something to say about him stealing his misses.

Talking about Brangelina, the couple looked the epitome of Hollywood elegance last night.  Angelina worn a simple but classic, Elie Saab dress, with a gorgeous pair of emerald Lorraine Schwartz drop earrings, but her outfit was topped off with a rather yummy piece of arm candy… Brad Pitt!

I couldn’t fail to mention, Rob Pattinson….I HEART YOU ROB!

Fair enough he is only wearing a black tuxedo, but boy does he look hot!

Rob, of Harry Potter fame, and most recently playing EDWARD in Vampire film TWILIGHT, has seen his popularity rise, and I bet it will now have  grown even more!

I can’t wait to see more of him, in his new film, Little Ashes, which is due out in late spring, and Twilight sequel New Moon.

Oh…and if you haven’t seen the film yet, do, and read the series of books by Stephenie Meyer, and I guarantee you will fall in love with Edward too. (Yes I do know that Edward is a fictional character, but Rob will do fine!)
